Soccer sponsorship

The Lindsay Optimist Club offers one of the few opportunities for children to belong to an athletic team for $70 or less.

Our league’s “semi competitive” nature also allows children of virtually all abilities to participate and compete.

Keeping kids active and giving them a feeling of being part of the community benefits us all.

Existing sponsors will be contacted by phone or e-mail to see if they wish to continue their sponsorships.

We will also provide new opportunities for sponsors to support a certain age group or sponsor a particular tournament.

Soccer Referees

Lindsay Optimist Soccer is currently recruiting referees (ages 14-19) for the upcoming soccer season.  

If someone from your family is interested in a paid referee position during the months of May-June, please have them email the Optimist Club as soon as possible for further details (space is limited).

Volunteer Coaches

This is a volunteer opportunity, a great way for students to earn community service hours.

No previous experience or coaching certification is required.
